  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces naan bread
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup cucumber slices
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes until golden brown. Remove from heat.
  2. Preheat the Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Place naan bread on a baking sheet.
  3. Assemble the Pizzas: Spread tzatziki sauce on each naan. If using mozzarella, sprinkle it over the sauce. Top with cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and red onion. Add crumbled feta cheese.
  4. Bake the Pizzas: Bake for 10–12 minutes until naan edges are golden and crispy. If using mozzarella, bake until melted.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Remove from oven; top with dill or parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
