  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Blend 1 cup of fresh raspberries with 1 cup of water until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the raspberry puree, remaining 3 cups of water, lemon juice, and agave syrup if desired. Stir well.
