  • 250 g noodles

  • 200 ml crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until tender.
  3. Add beef strips and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in mushrooms and continue cooking until soft.
  5. Add apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in crème fraîche until well combined.
  7. Toss cooked noodles with the beef sauce mixture.
