  • 500 g fresh strawberries
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet vegan gelatin
  • 200 g ladyfinger biscuits
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, reserving a few for decoration. Slice the remaining strawberries.
  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone, whipped cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Prepare the vegan gelatin according to package instructions and gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Briefly dip ladyfinger biscuits in milk, then layer them at the bottom of a large glass or dish.
  5. Top with a layer of sliced strawberries followed by a layer of the mascarpone mixture.
  6. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with the mascarpone on top.
  7. Decorate with reserved strawberries and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
