  • 1 pizza dough
  • 200 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 200 g fresh spinach
  • 150 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 g chicken ham, diced
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown, approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Spread the mushroom-spinach mixture evenly over the dough.
  7. Top with diced chicken ham and shredded mozzarella.
  8. Create small wells in the topping mixture and crack an egg into each well.
  9. Optionally sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and eggs are cooked to your liking.
  11. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
