  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 head of butter or iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shrimp with olive oil, garlic, ginger, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  3. To serve, place shrimp in lettuce leaves and top with shredded carrots, green onions, and cilantro.
  4. Serve with lime wedges for added flavor.
