  • ½ cup hot sauce (e.g., Buffalo sauce)
  • ¼ cup melted vegan butter (or margarine)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, water, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring full coverage, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
