  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 2 Tbsp honey (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Crusty toasted bread or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine feta cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, honey (adjust for sweetness), thyme, and black pepper to the processor. Blend until fully combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a covered bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
  4. To serve, place the whipped feta in a large bowl and garnish with walnuts, fresh thyme, an extra drizzle of honey, and black pepper.
  5. Serve with crusty bread or crackers for dipping.
