  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and place in a resealable bag with granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Shake to coat.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar and melted butter.
  4. Layer cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan and drizzle with the brown sugar mixture.
  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  7. Stir remaining pumpkin pie spice into the reserved icing and drizzle over warm monkey bread.
