  • 1 cup Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1 Egg (beaten, for brushing)
  • Powdered Sugar (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into rectangles.
  3. In a bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and spices until well combined.
  4. Spoon the pumpkin filling onto one side of each pastry rectangle and fold over to create a twist.
  5. Brush each twist with beaten egg and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
