Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 regular Oreo cookies
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened (226 grams)
  • 16 ounces chocolate (semi-sweet, milk, or white chocolate) (452 grams)

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies in a blender or food processor until fine crumbs form. Reserve 1-2 tablespoons for topping. In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie crumbs with the softened cream cheese using a handheld mixer until well blended.
  3. Roll tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-30 second increments until smooth. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely, then return to the baking sheet and sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
  5. Refrigerate for another 20 minutes or until the chocolate is set. Serve chilled.
