  • 1 1/4 pounds Ground Turkey
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill (chopped)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 6 ounces Green Salad Mix (for serving)
  • Primal Kitchen Green Goddess Dressing (to drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, chopped spinach, feta, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 6 patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with green salad mix and drizzle with Green Goddess dressing.
