  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup boiling water

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. In a small bowl, combine ½ cup sugar and ¼ cup cocoa powder; set aside.
