English Muffin Breakfast Pizzas are a delightful twist on traditional breakfast, combining the perfect blend of flavors for a satisfying morning meal.   • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 cup turkey bacon bits
  • 6 English muffins
  • 1/2 cup Heinz chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and onion powder until fully combined.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into a lightly greased non-stick sauté pan over medium heat and scramble until just set.
  4. Stir in 1/2 cup turkey bacon bits and remove from heat.
  5. Slice English muffins in half and place them cut side up on a baking sheet.
  6. Spread chili sauce on each muffin half.
  7. Spoon the egg mixture onto each muffin and top with shredded cheese and remaining turkey bacon bits.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
