  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F or air fryer to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Open the biscuit dough can and separate the dough. Flatten each piece slightly.
  4. Place mozzarella and a few pepperoni slices in the center of each dough round.
  5. Pinch edges together to seal and roll gently into balls.
  6. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush with the seasoned butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes or air fry for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool briefly before serving with marinara or ranch dip.
