  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil salted water and cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Fill each noodle with the seafood mixture, roll it up tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving.
