  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup green onions, diced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • Sweet chili sauce, for topping
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Chopped cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken slices in teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place wonton wrappers over inverted muffin tin cups and bake for 7-9 minutes until golden and crispy. Let cool.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté marinated chicken until cooked through and golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix, green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey; toss until well coated.
  5. Fill each wonton shell with chicken and top with Asian slaw. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro. Serve immediately.
