  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a 10×15-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer on the prepared pan.
  3. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter with brown sugar, whisking until boiling for about 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the toffee mixture over the crackers and bake for 4 minutes.
  5. Mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl while the crackers bake.
  6. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle white chocolate chips on top; let them melt for a few moments.
