  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 16 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of cinnamon with ½ cup of granulated sugar; set aside.
  3. Roll out one package of crescent dough into a greased baking dish, pressing seams together.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ¾ cup sugar, egg, and vanilla until creamy.
  5. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the crescent dough.
  6. Top with the second package of crescent dough, sealing the edges.
