Chicken Turkey Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad is a delightful and creamy dish that combines the savory flavors of crispy turkey bacon, tender chicken, and fresh vegetables. Tossed in a zesty ranch dressing, this pasta salad makes for a perfect side dish or a hearty meal on its own. Ideal for potlucks or family gatherings, it’s easy to prepare and sure to impress!

  • 16 oz short pasta (uncooked)
  • 8 slices thick-cut turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
  • 10 oz tomatoes (quartered)
  • 23 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup whole milk (plus up to 1/3 cup as needed)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • Optional: Fresh parsley and dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water. Toss with olive oil if desired, then set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning, and pepper. Adjust thickness by adding more milk as needed.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, turkey bacon, chicken, tomatoes, onion, parsley, and parmesan cheese. Toss with about two-thirds of the dressing.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Just before serving, adjust dressing amount as needed and garnish with additional parsley and parmesan.
