  • 2 lb frozen diced potatoes, thawed
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp minced onion
  • 2.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked Turkey Bacon
  • 1/3 cup green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9"x13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and minced onion until smooth.
  3. Stir in the thawed potatoes, cheddar cheese, chicken ham, Turkey Bacon, and green onions until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake uncovered for about 45 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
