This easy-to-make treat combines the flavors of chai spices with crunchy rice Chex, all coated in creamy dairy-free white chocolate and SunButter. It’s vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free, making it an inclusive option for gatherings or cozy nights in.

  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 6 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup dairy-free white chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup No Sugar Added SunButter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup turbinado sugar (or powdered sugar)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all spices and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, microwave white chocolate chips, SunButter, vanilla extract, and coconut oil for 1 minute. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour rice Chex into a large bowl; add the melted mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Mix the spice blend with sugar and add to the cereal mix; stir well to coat.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  7. Break apart and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
