  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (or more to taste)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken thighs into uniform 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers with space between pieces.
  5. Brush the skewers generously with Bang Bang sauce before air frying.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place skewers in a single layer in the basket.
  7. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Brush cooked skewers with additional Bang Bang sauce before serving.
  9. Serve hot with extra Bang Bang sauce for dipping.
