Baked Pears with Berries, Honey, Walnuts & Blue Cheese is a delightful dessert that effortlessly combines the sweetness of caramelized pears with tangy berries, crunchy walnuts, and creamy blue cheese.   • 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • ½ cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • ½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh thyme sprigs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Place the halved pears cut-side up on the baking sheet and brush them with melted butter.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until tender but still holding their shape. Allow to cool slightly.
  4. Top each pear with mixed berries and crumbled blue cheese.
  5. Sprinkle walnuts over the top and drizzle with honey.
