  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Slice the onion into thin rings.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with a beaten egg, and the third with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each onion ring in flour, then the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
